We are currently in the process of undertaking some informal research into the viability of developing a high-level marketing mentoring program for staff in region who are responsible for the development and implementation of destination marketing strategy. Specifically people who work for Regional Tourism Organisations, Local Tourism Organisations, Visitor Information Centres and Local Government Organisation.

    - 12 x 1 hour online training webinars (recorded for future use) on core destination marketing topics (addressing relevant skill gaps)

    - Workbooks, Worksheets and Templates to assist with implementation of key learnings

    - Access to 2 Tourism Marketing Professionals in a private online forum for the program period (9am-5pm weekdays) to ask questions, obtain advice and get feedback

    - Accountability measures including 1:1 pre and post individual consultations, and quarterly strategy homework submission

    - Networking and best practice learning from other destination staff participating in the program
