1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of www.tourismeschool.com. By visiting our Site or otherwise signing up for and/or using our Products, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or other Service.

Tourism eSchool may, change these Terms from time to time on a prospective basis, and modify, add or discontinue any aspect, content or feature of the Site or other Service, at its sole discretion. Your continued use or accessing of the Site or Products/Services following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Unauthorised access, distribution, reproduction, copying, retransmission, publication, sale, exploitation (commercial or otherwise), or any other form of transfer of any portion of the Site or other Service, including but not limited to all content, services, digital products, tools or products, is hereby expressly prohibited.

2. Registration, Accounts and Passwords

If you establish an account with us, you agree to (1) provide true and accurate data about yourself on our account registration form, and to update and keep such data current. You will receive a password and account upon completing the registration form. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and you are solely responsible for all use of your password or account, whether authorized by you or not.
You agree to (a) immediately notify Tourism eSchool of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security and (b) ensure that you exit from your account each time you use the Site. Access and use of password-protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to users who have been given a valid password by Tourism eSchool. We may terminate your membership and access to our Site if we learn that you have provided us with false or misleading registration data.

4. Content Accuracy

While we strive to ensure the information on this Site as timely and accurate as possible, we makes no claims, promises, or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents of this Site, and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions in the contents of this site.

The content within our eCourses is based on marketing and industry knowledge of Paige Rowett and Rebecca White, and is based on their interpretive filter/world view. A high level of accuracy is attempted through undertaking extensive research into content areas, however we can not guarantee complete accuracy of the content.

Tourism eSchool (and the partners) do not take any responsibility for any errors or omissions of detail within the content of the eCourses,  nor are they responsible for the outcomes for the implementation of the content. Members of Tourism eSchool must use the information offered in the eCourses as they see fit, and at their own risk.

5. Content Copyright

Tourism eSchool owns all right, title and interest in and to the Site and all materials and content contained in the Site, including, without limitation, all content, site design, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, text, and graphics are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use of such materials or content is strictly prohibited.

As you can appreciate, we have spent numerous hours writing and collating the information for our eCourses, and as such, all content is protected under Australian copyright laws.

This means that no part of any of our eCourse content can be reproduced, republished, translated, duplicated, shared, redistributed in any way, shape or form as it will be considered stealing, and we are in our rights to take legal action as necessary.

We’ve created our eCourses, and collated the information within for the purpose of educating the tourism industry, and we are only willing to share it with those who recognise the value in the information, and are willing to pay for the privilege to access it.

6. 3rd Party Endorsements & Partnerships

All reference made to service providers, online links and suggested learning channels on the Site or in eCourses are based on Tourism eSchool’s recommendations. We do not accept any commission, or form of payment for these recommendations, nor do we guarantee the level of service from the recommended providers.
